What the current app and service process.
- Account identity and session credentials are held by the identity provider and the device secure store; no service key is placed in the app.
- The service processes public reading requests and, when signed in, favorites, reader settings and setlists. Offline packs are encrypted on-device only when you choose to download an eligible pack.
- The Android app requests Internet only, has backups disabled, and does not request contacts, location, microphone, storage or advertising identifiers. No mobile analytics SDK is enabled.
